Goodlife Gym Membership

All FTE's have a gym membership at Goodlife which can be used at any goodlife location nation wide. We like to brag that we have the strongest development team in the word as our average bench press is 225 pounds. We typically work out at lunch and if you're a squash player, we have squash courts downstairs. The swimming pool is located across the street on the West Mall.

Company Lunches Every Friday

Every Friday we have catered lunch which can be anything from sushi to Portuguese churrasco.

Flex Hours

All of our team members have flex hours as we believe that people should have the flexibility to work based on their most productive schedules. Obviously for roles in sales/marketing/ops, business hours are important as the rest of the world does work from 9 to 5.

Work at home

If you're most productive working from home, go for it! We understand the need to get focused, especially in an engineering environment where you're designing or debugging complex problems. While we have work at home privledges, most of our team are in every day as we don't like to miss the action at the office.

Laptops

You'll get a laptop on your first day of work and we refresh our hardware every 18-24 months with the outstanding specs, and obviously a large dual monitor.

High Quality Snacks

We have a stocked fridge of assorted high quality snacks from staff favorites Lara Bars, Red Bull and cookies, to ethnic favorites like edamame and hummus

Team Events

We have monthly team events such as pub nights, dinners out, and at least once or twice a year we do something bigger such as high speed go-karting, white water rafting or wine making in Niagara.
